Computer Instruction Coordinator: Responsible for creation, implementation and management of a computer skills/GED program for adult learners. Involved in this was tutorial assistance to people in the community often with social, economic, emotional or physical disadvantages. Developed and adjusted curriculum. Supervised plant contacts in properly entering information via audit to increase production report accuracy. Solely responsible for development of automated processing of information. Analysis of all submitted production data and consolidation of information into a final daily report submitted directly to company president, Jac Nasser.

Achievements:

• Developed an Excel report, using macros to automate and combine information for Intranet reporting. The report is used worldwide for all Ford production facilities and top management officials.

• Commended by upper management for improving production reporting efficiencies, accuracy and timeliness.

FORD MOTOR COMPANY, Allen Park, Michigan-1996-1997

Danou Tech Center-Desktop Publishing Specialist: Creation of report and processing of cumulative statistical information. Development of departmental brochures and various desktop publishing projects such as Excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations. Supervised employees in print and layout operations and completed projects timely using empowerment.
