MICROSOFT TRAINING
1.)
Initial phase--Interactive testing using a variety of CD
ROM tools will be implemented to find out what skills you the user already know
and which you don’t. From there the skills are documented and the training
begins at the corresponding level. This saves you money by eliminating time
wasted on skills you already know.
2.)
Second phase--You the learner will decide which skills you
want to learn first. In this way the learner sets the priority of curriculum.
Since each individual has different learning needs this only makes sense. This
is the advantage of the one on one training approach. This would be hard to
accomplish in a classroom setting.
3.)
Third phase--Training begins with the instructor lecturing
on the various functions of the program. It is important to note that as each
function is lectured, you the learner will be taught hands on how to perform the
task at hand. You will perform the function yourself two times successfully
before advancing to the next lesson. Lessons may combine lectures with
interactive CD ROMS.
4.) Final Testing phase—The learner completes the study and he/she is given a test to find out how much of the material was learned. There is no pass or fail. If the learner successfully answers at least 90% of the questions they will receive a certificate of accomplishment. All incorrectly answered questions will be reviewed with the learner until full comprehension is achieved.
